I've spent years gardening across the Northern Beaches, most recently as the senior gardener at a major franchise, looking after 30+ gardens a week. Lets Get Gardening is my independent business: gardening-led, owner-operated, and built around the kind of consistent, careful work I'd want for my own place.

SMS confirmation with your day and time locked in. You'll get a reminder 2 days before and again on the day.
Same gardener, every visit
Me. The person who quoted is the person doing the work. When I bring on staff, you'll meet them first.
Photo update + invoice
After each visit, you get a photo of the work and a proper tax invoice. So you always know what was done and what you're paying for.

Yes. I carry full public liability insurance ($20m), I'm ABN and GST registered, and every job gets a proper tax invoice. You're dealing with a proper business, not a cash-in-hand operation.
For the first quote, it's best if you're there so we can walk the garden together. After that, you can leave it with me. I send a photo update and invoice after each visit so you always know what was done.
No contracts. Cancel or pause any time. Most clients stay because they want to, not because they have to.
I'm a gardener first. The beds, hedges and plants get the same attention as the lawn. I prune by hand where it matters, I know which weed to pull and which seedling to leave, and I'd rather take an extra ten minutes than rush through and miss something.
I'll text you the day of if rain is forecast and we'll reschedule to the next available day that week. You won't be left wondering.

I've been gardening on Sydney's Northern Beaches for years. Before starting Lets Get Gardening I was the senior gardener at a big franchise, looking after 30-odd gardens a week.
Going independent means I can actually do things properly. I prune the right way, I know which weed to pull and which seedling to leave, and I won't rush a job just to get to the next one. I live locally too, so I'm probably driving past your place most weeks anyway.
I run things properly on the business side as well. Tradify for scheduling, proper invoicing, full insurance. You'll know when I'm coming and what you're paying. And I answer my own phone.
